| If you haven't tried it yet, I suggest you take a look at it. As well as being great fun, it's going to turn out to be a great resource for model makers for any sandbox game, Trainz included. For instance, millions of house-front pictures ready for models, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. It's also great for inspiration when adding those small details to your route. It's a shame that Newport hasn't been done yet, but I've just had a walk around Cardiff on there, and I knew exactly where I was. Smiley. | |

| I thought it was only launched in the last couple of days. Unless that's just the UK. Here's a few pics. It's great for modelling research too. You can get all the angles you want for your model. I just hope these people who are claiming it violates their privacy don't get their way. This is too much fun. Smiley. | |

| Yeah, I've heard that too. As someone said on the news the other day, you're far more likely to be caught on CCTV walking down the street, and that's EVERY time you walk down the street. I don't know why Google don't just blur everybody's face. There wouldn't be a problem then. I can't wait for them to do Newport, and if I see the Google cars going down our street, I'll be more than happy to be snapped by it. It makes you wonder what people are up to when they complain so much about being photographed. Smiley. | |

| Google Streetview is brilliant Even people just look round on it in I.T in school looking for funny things on it, I wouldn't care if I was photographed by it Great looking around Cardiff, Swansea and many others. | |
